Refund Policy

AIMusicTest uses PayPal to process payments. We do not store full payment card details. Failed scans are refunded automatically. If a scan fails after a credit or free scan is deducted because of an API failure, timeout, audio-cropping failure, or worker/network error, the deduction is reversed. Pre-upload validation errors never deduct quota. Refunds are idempotent. Except for automatic failed-scan refunds and rights required by applicable law, purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire and are not redeemable for cash. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@aimusictest.com with your PayPal transaction details.
